All pieces are one-of-a-kind works of art. No guarantees outside of reasonable levels of uniformity in color, size and shape are made.

Arrangements for payment will be agreed to upon placement of a custom order.

All items are shipped UPS ground (unless otherwise arranged). All items are wrapped in professional packing material, double boxed and insured. Minimum UPS shipping charge is $10.

Occasionally, breakage does occur. If so, save the package as it arrived and contact UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877. UPS will pick up the damaged package and, 99% of the time, pay the claim.  Replacements will be sent at no further cost to you.

Schedule for delivery of custom-ordered pieces is based on the size and content of the order,

time of year, and relative workload. Most custom orders placed in the off-season are shipped

within 4 to 6 weeks. Orders placed during the summer months (July, August and early September)

are usually shipped in the fall (October and November) and can usually be guaranteed for delivery

by Thanksgiving.
