All items are shipped UPS ground (unless otherwise arranged). All items are wrapped in professional packing material, double boxed and insured. Minimum UPS shipping charge is $10.

Occasionally, breakage does occur. If so, save the package as it arrived and contact UPS

directly at 1-800-742-5877. UPS will pick up the damaged package and, 99% of the time, pay the claim.  Replacements will be sent at no further cost to you.
