About the Pottery
All glazes are lead free.
All functional items are dishwasher safe.
Functional items are not available in all colors as some glazes contain copper or other ingredients that should not be used for food cooking or storage.
Stoneware casseroles may be used to cook foods in a conventional oven. Casseroles should be filled with food and placed in a NON-preheated, cold oven and brought to cooking temperature slowly. Do not place hot, filled casseroles directly in the refrigerator or freezer.
Stoneware casseroles and other items may be used to gradually warm or reheat food in a microwave oven. DO NOT microwave on medium-high or high for extended periods of time.
